Malfunctions detected during routine service works

If one of our dedicated engineers detects a problem during routine service works and has assessed that this can be fixed during the allotted service time then he will carry this out free of charge (unless parts are required as these are chargeable as extra and will therefore be quoted before fitting).

If the fault cannot be repaired within the timescales of the service or requires extra parts/materials then this will be noted on the service paperwork which will be given to both yourself and our head office. We will then calculate the cost of the repair works and forward this on to you as a formal quotation via email, and we will then wait for your approval before proceeding further.

Call outs and repair works are chargeable at our normal hourly rates, please contact our offices for further details.

Our engineers are experts in the field of air-conditioning repair and fault finding, dealing with all major brands of air conditioning systems.

Faults are diagnosed swiftly with the help of the latest diagnostic equipment and once diagnosed our engineers will either conduct an on the spot repair or for more major works our offices will provide a written quotation for your approval.
